Berry Smoothies

Berry Smoothies are often the most colorful and certainly up there with the most healthy. Strawberry, blackberries, blueberry, raspberry, lingonberry, salmonberry, boysenberry, and we may even include the red currant, white currant and black currant.

They do have small seeds to be concerned about, although you could strain before mixing. Try one of these smoothies today.

Berry Smoothies and Health

Fresh berries are low calorie and almost fat free, and many, such as blueberries, are rich in antioxidants. Antioxidants have been shown to help prevent cell damage that leads to cancer and heart problems. Antioxidants may also play a part in slowing the aging process, especially memory and vision.

Specific berries have added nutritional health. Folate in strawberries, for example, may reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease and cranberries have bacteria fighters to help prevent ulcers and gum disease.

Hi, I am Alice and I love smoothies and juice. Juicing & smoothies are exciting, but sometimes it can be very frustrating if you use the wrong equipment. I set up to analyze different kinds of juicers and smoothies, so we can make an educated choice.
