Mango Smoothies

Mango Smoothies definitely have a taste all their own: a very unique type of smoothie.

Mangoes can be Green or Pinky-red, depending on where they are grown, but either way, I really like the addition of Ginger and/or lime to make the smoothie sparkle. You should try one soon.

Mango Smoothies and Health

Mangoes have a single large seed and a thick skin that turns from green to mottled yellow and sometimes a red tinge.

The juicy gold/orange flesh is high in vitamin A, C and D. One medium sized one has about 130 calories, a trace of fat, no cholesterol and no sodium.

[P.S. There are a very few people who are allergic to Mangoes for some reason, so please take this into consideration the first time you try one…test things first!]

Hi, I am Alice and I love smoothies and juice. Juicing & smoothies are exciting, but sometimes it can be very frustrating if you use the wrong equipment. I set up to analyze different kinds of juicers and smoothies, so we can make an educated choice.
